  1. In the application, tap on the “Other transactions” section, then “Call center,” or call 08502200000.
  2. Select language (9 for English), then choose the PIN code operation (3) and digital PIN code (2).
  3. Enter your identification/customer number, which consists of 9 digits displayed on your card before the hyphen.
  4. A confirmation notification will arrive in the application on your phone.
  5. Choose the password recovery option via SMS (2).
  6. Enter the number received via SMS.
  7. Provide your 16-digit card number.
  8. Enter your 4-digit PIN code.
  9. Enter your 3-digit CCV.
  10. Choose the method to set a new password: manually (1) or automatically (2). If you select the automatic option, save the password.
  11. Choose when you want to be prompted to change your password: after 1 month (1), after 3 months (3), or after 6 months (6). It is recommended to select 6 months.

Password recovery in Ziraat is complete — you can now use your new password to log into the application.
